What would happen if...

If we didn't get to Sam in time. If no one cared enough. For him or the other teens that are so close to aging out of the system in Eastern European orphanages. Read this and you'll see. This is a family that is in a similar situation to ours. Jonathan is about to age out, and they are trying desperately to get to him in time. If you can, please help this family. Donate if possible, and above all, please pray for them and Jonathan. I don't know what kind of orphanage he is in, or even what country. I have heard that Sam is very well liked by the director at his orphanage, and I pray that will be enough to keep him there until we can get there. These boys, and all the kids there, deserve so much better than the depressing but correct statistics in her post. Please take the time to read it.

  1. I LOVE that Samuel is getting his family! I, like so many, saw his picture a while back and started praying for him. I was thrilled when I saw him and some others on the "my family found me" section. I actually cheered and called my kids over. Go team Sam!

  2. I stopped by to thank you for praying for our dear friends, Mark & Hansina who are praying to bring their son Jonathan home!!! We love them all so much & are so grateful to have loving folks like you to help too! Thanks for allowing God to work through you to rescue Jonathan & get the word out about other kids as well!!!

We will be praying for your Sam's safe homecoming as well!!! Blessings to you & your family!

  3. Joy, their story just really got to me. Jonathan's story sounds so similar to Sam's. I can't wait for both boys to be home where they belong!

    Thanks Carla!
