I'm glad to see that little Kacey has glasses - that speaks well for someone who noticed that she needed them, and did something about it. But of course, her primary need is for a loving family who can cherish her and provide all she needs: surgery to help her hands, perhaps additional surgeries, but most of all, a loving and secure home and all that goes with it.
