The first day I saw Duncan and Sam, randomly clicking over to Reece's Rainbow for the first time in a long time, I WEPT over Duncan's photo and story. I've never had that happen before. My heart just absolutely broke for that precious, handsome boy. Wished we could take him even though we've never even thought about adopting out of birth order (my oldest is only four!) or even decided for sure or started any part of the adoption process! Anyway, I kept checking RR to see Duncan show up on the New Commitments page - love that he will be coming home with you and Sam.Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16877189592741668088noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2192718541734412768.post-8938673920552555652012-03-26T12:54:51.823-07:002012-03-26T12:54:51.823-07:00I prayed for your sons before I knew they were you...I prayed for your sons before I knew they were your sons. I found your blog today and have read it all.:) I am a high school English as a Second Language teacher in Oklahoma who has had the joy of having several students in my class who were adopted from Eastern Europe as teenagers. I love all of my ESL students dearly, but the ones from EE hold a very special place in my heart as I am able to help them transition to a new language/culture, I have the best job ever! I sure can't wait to see your two boys learning all that the love of a family is about and I am excited to continue reading your blog as you adopt Sam and Duncan! My prayers are with you all during your journey to your boys! -Courtney ConnellyCourtney Connellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08134700195034845598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2192718541734412768.post-42821594018389071512012-03-23T20:31:08.480-07:002012-03-23T20:31:08.480-07:00Thank you so much! When I read his story and saw his picture I must saw he stole my heart. I prayed and prayed that his family would find him in time. I am so happy for your family and for Duncan. I pray that the adoptions of Samuel and Duncan go smoothly. I'm guessing that she'll definitely be able to keep them safe and sound once she knows their family is on the way.Jessica Lynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09840667335436740062noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2192718541734412768.post-33679537984765623462012-03-22T20:44:48.668-07:002012-03-22T20:44:48.668-07:00Ooooh, ok! Will they still go to an institution while they wait, or will they be able to stay where they are until you bring them home?

3. Are they in the same orphanage?

I truly love watching these journeys unfold. It is just wonderful. I hope that Duncan soon knows how much Jesus loves him and that he is beautiful inside as well as out.Karahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08057654080632377742noreply@blogger.com
